Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LinkPatch AI. By creating an account, starting a checkout, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

LinkPatch AI provides internal linking workflow software for SEO teams. The product may crawl websites, parse Google Search Console CSV exports, score internal linking opportunities, generate suggested internal link patches, and create client-facing reports or share links.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that users on your team comply with these Terms.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of the domains, URLs, files, SEO data, prompts, notes, patch drafts, and other content you submit to LinkPatch AI. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, display, and transmit that data to provide and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit website data, Google Search Console exports, and client materials to LinkPatch AI.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity;
• crawl or analyze websites where you do not have permission or a legitimate business reason;
• upload malware, secrets, regulated personal data, or sensitive data that is not needed for the SEO workflow;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, billing controls, rate limits, or security measures;
• reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service;
• use generated output as a substitute for professional SEO, legal, or business judgment.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid LinkPatch AI plans are billed through Creem. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges for the selected plan until you cancel. Prices, taxes, invoice handling, and available payment methods may be managed by Creem as merchant of record.

You may cancel renewal at any time. Unless a refund or access revocation applies, cancellation stops future renewal and your paid access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. A refund may cause paid access to be revoked before the original billing period ends.

Generated Output

LinkPatch AI may produce draft recommendations, opportunity scores, anchor text suggestions, and HTML snippets. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing it. We do not guarantee ranking improvements, traffic increases, indexation changes, or client acceptance.

Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We try to keep LinkPatch AI reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or abuse risk, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that could harm LinkPatch AI, our providers, or other users.

Intellectual Property

LinkPatch AI, including its software, interface, branding, documentation, and product design, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkPatch AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
