LinkPatch AI helps small SEO teams crawl client websites, match Google Search Console exports, identify internal linking opportunities, and draft internal link patches. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us about your data.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated while using the product, and limited technical information needed to run the service.

• Account information: name, email address, authentication provider, and account settings.
• Billing information: subscription status, customer IDs, transaction references, and plan metadata from Creem. Payment card details are handled by Creem and are not stored by LinkPatch AI.
• Website workflow data: project names, submitted domains, crawled page URLs, page titles, extracted internal links, uploaded Google Search Console CSV rows, opportunity scores, generated patch drafts, and share-link reports you create.
• Contact and support data: information you send through contact forms or support email.
• Usage and device data: log events, IP address, browser type, operating system, timestamps, and product interaction events.

How We Use Information

We use this information to:

• provide, secure, and maintain LinkPatch AI;
• authenticate users and manage accounts;
• process subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, and billing support;
• run crawls, parse uploaded GSC files, generate internal link opportunities, and produce patch drafts;
• debug failures, prevent abuse, enforce usage limits, and improve product quality;
• send transactional emails such as account, security, billing, and support messages;
• respond to contact requests and support questions.

Third-Party Services

We use service providers to operate LinkPatch AI. These may include:

• Creem for checkout, subscriptions, tax, invoices, cancellations, and refunds;
• Resend for transactional and support email;
• Better Auth and OAuth providers such as Google or GitHub for authentication;
• S3-compatible storage for uploaded files or generated artifacts when storage is enabled;
• Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights, PostHog, or Crisp only when enabled in our deployment configuration;
• AI model providers for generating or processing product output when you request AI-assisted workflows.

These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Google Search Console and Crawled Website Data

When you upload GSC exports or submit a website for analysis, you are responsible for having the right to provide that data to LinkPatch AI. We use this data to generate SEO workflow output for your account. We do not sell your GSC data or client website data.

Data Retention
