This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, renewal access, and refund requests work for LinkPatch AI subscriptions purchased through Creem.
You may cancel renewal at any time from the billing portal or by contacting support. Canceling renewal does not automatically refund the current billing period. Unless access is revoked or a refund is issued, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
The Manage Subscription and Billing button in your account opens the Creem billing portal. It is for canceling renewal and managing billing details. A canceled subscription shown in Creem is not the same as a refunded payment.
If your subscription status is scheduled for cancellation, LinkPatch AI keeps your paid access active through the current period end date. After that date, your account returns to the free plan unless you renew or start a new paid subscription.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. To request a refund, contact support@linkpatch.ai with the email on your account, the Creem order or subscription reference if available, and a short explanation.
You can also use the Request Refund button in your billing settings. It prepares an email with your account and subscription references so support can review the request.
We may approve refunds for cases such as duplicate purchases, accidental billing, clear billing errors, or product access issues that we cannot reasonably resolve.
Refunds may be declined when a billing period has been substantially used, when usage limits or generated outputs have already been consumed, when the request is outside a reasonable review window, or when the account violated our Terms of Service.
If a subscription payment is refunded, LinkPatch AI may immediately revoke paid access and return the account to the free plan, even if the original billing period has not ended.
Creem may act as the merchant of record for purchases, taxes, invoices, and refund processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible and may take several business days to appear depending on the payment method and bank.
